    Outback has better food and service. 2 prime ribs, 4 glasses of wine, breadpudding was not worth $100.45 (excluding tip), Upstairs is drafty. Waite staff is friendly but SLOW!!. Got there @ 7:15 and left at 9:45. When I ordered Prime…
